This Carnival we were creating some masks to send to our penpals because we celebrate a traditional party at school that in Finland and The Usa they don't celebrate.
This is an introduction about Carnival some pupils from Grade 6 did to explain them what it is.

OUR PEACE CRAFTS
During this week we were working on Peace Symbols and now we share with you some photos where you can see some crafts we made at different classes in our English lessons.
Pupils at grade 5 and 6 wrote peace word in other languages and we sticked at the entrance
Then we made a lot of pens, pencils, brushes... as Malala said to change the world
We made a special boat , a pencil boat, to sail all the seas.
These are the posters we made in a psychedelia way and all the words we related with PEACE
In grade 1 we made some different crafts a Peace Lilly, Beth our language assistant showed how to make a flower with our hands template
