These days we have started school and we had two surprises on our first English lesson:

*there is a new English classroom

*Daniela and Sabela, last year grade 6 pupils, came to show us  how to make Fluzzy Slime

We listened to them and then we tried to make it, we had fun and  enjoyed the morning.

Spring is in the air  and we can see pink cherry blossom trees  blooming in the Spring. At grade 5 we painted the trunk and branches in black and then we made the flowers with the bottom of the plasctic bottles.

We enjoyed a lot!!!

Last week our language assistant, Katie, has gone to her country, the UK.

We have learned some interesting facts about GIUSSEPPE ARCHIMBOLDO

Let's have a look to this presentation about one famous portrait painter in the 16th century

 At grade 1 we were made some Arcimboldo faces working in a collaborative way with supermarket advertisment papers

And at Kindergarten we coloured some Arcimboldo faces and we added some `parts of the face as hair, ears, chin...

 And at grade 5 we created with Arcimboldo Art Creator on line some pictures

At grade 5 we continue working on the Circus Project and Katie introduce us in Matisse's life and work, with this presentation

After working on our laptops with  Tuxpaint, we have created these advertising posters as Matisse
