Requirements:
·  Open to all English students of EOI, from Intermediate 1 to C1.
·  No prior experience in yoga necessary.
·  No need to be fit, but no recent injuries, surgeries or pregnancies, please.
·  Students need to bring their own mats.
·  Maximum 16 students. The activity will only take place if there are at least 10 sign ups.
