RECIPE "CHOCOLATE CROISSANTS"
INGREDIENTS:
- DOUGH
- CHOCOLATE
- EGG
STEPS:
1. Cut the dough in triangles.
2. Place a small piece of chocolate in the middle and roll the dough.
3. Whisk an egg and brush each crissant.
4. Place in the oven at 180º for 10- 15 min. our until golden brown.
