Holi festival

Thisweek, as part of cultural exchange, students were introduced to Indian festival called HOLI, a festival of colors which was celebrate on18th MARCH in India. They were excited to know thatthe festival celebrates arrival of spring season and indicates hope for good harvest. Students painted holi cards with vibrant colors. Theyen joyed listening typical holi songs while coloring their holi cards.

Esta semana, como parte do intercambio cultural os alumnos, traballaron algunas actividades relacionadas cun festival indio chamado HOLI. Este festival é un festival de cores que se celebra cada 18 de Marzo na India coa chegada da primavera e indica desexo dunha boa colleita. Colorearon tarxetas con cores vivos mentres escoitaban cancións.
