- 210 gr of butter
- 210 gr of sugar (150 gr white sugar and 60 gr of brown sugar)
- 420 gr of flour (for all purposes)
- 1 Eggland's Best Egg (size L)
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon each ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Beat the eggs and heat the butter in the microwave until it is liquid.
Mix the eggs, butter and sugar in a bowl and add salt, cinamon, ginger and baking powder.
Then add the flower slowly and put the mixture in the fridge until the dough is hard.
Finally spread it on a lightly floured table and roll out the shapes with the help of the rolling bin and a shape to make a desired figure. Reroll the scraps to make more cookie cuts or portions.
Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until edges are firm. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Decorate as desired.
