Tree-planting dron

The system is based on two types of drones, one that is responsible for mapping the terrain and doing a digital simulation in 3D, with the aim of calculating the ideal planting pattern. Next, the drones loaded with germinated seeds are programmed and sent, which will be fired automatically and without the need of human help to supervise, since once they finish the task, the drones will return to the point of origin thanks to their GPS .

Another advantage of the new system is that the drone can load and seed multiple species of seeds at the same time, this in case the area requires diversity, besides that it can plant in arrangements and patterns designed specifically for each type of surface and environmental conditions.

This type of technology is known as "precision forestry", and in the case of BioCarbon already have 150 fleets of 10 drones each, which are spread around the world doing reforestation tasks. This system has many advantages compared to the traditional method, since it is estimated to be up to 10 times faster, only requires 20% of the usual cost and can be used in areas where it is difficult to access by people and machines.
